The study investigated the challenges and opportunities associated with replacing traditional cooking methods with e-cooking solutions in Laos. Traditional methods contribute to indoor air pollution and pose health risks, but cultural habits and economic factors hinder the adoption of cleaner alternatives. This project builds on prior work to analyze the current economic landscape of e-cooking, assess the compatibility of e-cooking with Lao cuisine, and provide recommendations for facilitating a sustainable transition.
